Terms of Service - FYRO Player

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FYRO Player ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and FYRO Player ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

FYRO Player is a media player application that allows users to play media content from their own M3U playlists or Xtream Codes credentials. The App provides:

Playback of user-provided media streams
Playlist management tools
EPG (Electronic Program Guide) display when supported by the provider
Catch-up viewing when supported by the provider
Subscription management through our reseller network

IMPORTANT: FYRO Player does NOT provide, host, broadcast, or distribute any media content, channels, movies, or TV shows. The App is a player tool only.

3. User Responsibilities

By using FYRO Player, you agree that:

You are at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian
You will only use legally obtained playlists from authorized providers
You are solely responsible for the content you add and play through the App
You will comply with all applicable laws and copyright regulations in your jurisdiction
You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
You will not share, transfer, or resell your subscription without authorization

4. Content Disclaimer

FYRO Player does not endorse, verify, or have any control over the content accessed through user-provided playlists. Users are entirely responsible for:

The legality of the playlists they add
Ensuring they have the right to access the content
Any copyright infringement claims arising from their use

We are not liable for any content, including but not limited to any errors, inaccuracies, or offensive material, accessed through third-party playlists.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions to FYRO Player are managed through authorized resellers. By purchasing a subscription:

Subscriptions are tied to your device's unique MAC address
Prices and terms are set by individual resellers
Subscriptions are non-transferable without authorization
Expired subscriptions can be renewed via promo codes

Refund Policy: All subscription sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by the original reseller. Please contact your reseller directly for refund requests.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Clone, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
Attempt to bypass subscription or security mechanisms
Use automated tools to access our servers or APIs
Distribute the App or its components without authorization
Use the App to stream copyrighted content without proper authorization
Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or services

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the FYRO Player application, including its code, design, logos, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or third-party issues
We are not responsible for the quality or availability of user-provided streams
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if:

You violate these Terms
We detect fraudulent or unauthorized activity
Required by law or legal process
We discontinue the service

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FYRO Player operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
